The Quadraline family of laser diameter micrometers are suitable for on-line measurement of any continuously extruded or rolled product with shape or form. The dual axis models provide 100% dimensional monitoring for each axis and tolerance alarm generation. The closed loop facility automatically regulates haul off speed or extruder screw to maintain a more consistent product size and improve product quality. In the case or rolled products the role gap can be adjusted. A detailed statistical report of measured product dimensions can be printed for every spool. No other system offers the simplicity or the performance of the Quadraline. The Quadraline systems are a product family from almost 20 years experience of producing laser diameter gauges for on-line process monitoring.
