Meclab
Specification

The Meclab family of laser micrometers has been specifically designed for off-line use in the mechanics industry, to measure the finished diameter and features of turned or ground components. The high precision single axis gauge provided bench-top diameter monitoring and by using the fixtures provided the components can be rotated in the beam and measured in different positions along the shaft. The measurements can be compared to the pre-set limits and results printed. No other system offers the simplicity or performance as the Meclab.

Features/Benefits

  1. Self calibration: ensures drift free measurement and puts an end to re-calibration procedures that are required with other gauges
  2. Large range of fixtures: to simplify measuring many component shapes and ensure that there are no errors due to component miss-alignment
  3. Quality certification: measurement data is immediately printed and recorded for further analysis, no wasted time manually recording data
  4. Objective and repeatable results: high gauging accuracy obtained regardless of operator skill or experience
  5. Footswitch operation: leaves hands free to load and un-load component
  6. Rugged construction: means years and years of trouble free operation even in harsh environments backed by 3 year warranty
