Mastertrak is real time width or thickness software that displays absolute dimensions to a process line operator. In addition to this invaluable function, the system also logs every measurement, enabling detailed statistical reports to be produced and downloaded.

The Mastertrak software has an option available for proportional feedback control for automatically regulating the process and maintaining the correct dimensions.

1. Numeric and graphic display of real time width or thickness.

14. Measurement data is logged in CSV format and can easily be exported to other software packages such as Excel.
15. Allows instant system set-up recalling measurement parameters for different products.
